Our Accountants

Bill Price

William (a.k.a. Bill), commenced his professional career in 1970, and has been a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand since 1978. Bill has been a Principal of the firm since 1983, became a Fellow in 1991 and is also an accredited Financial Planning Specialist, Registered Company Auditor and Tax Agent. After some 40 years, Bill has now semi-retired and is now a Consultant to the firm.

With over 50 years experience, Bill has expertise in small to medium businesses, and all areas of taxation, as well as succession planning, business structures, and in particular, specialises in Self Managed Superannuation Funds.

Bill is heavily involved in his local community and in particular has keen involvement in his local football club, and has been awarded an AFL achievement award for services to junior football.

Graeme Price

Graeme Price has been with Price Gibson since its inception in 2005.

Graeme qualified as a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 1977 and became a Fellow of the Institute in 1991.

Graeme has vast experience with Real Estate Agents including trust account audits.

Keith Warren

Keith Warren was admitted into Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand in 1978 and became a fellow of the Institute in 1990.

Keith began his working career at Arthur Young & Co in 1970.  Between 1978 and 1985 he worked at Deloitte, starting as an accounting services division supervisor before moving to a Managerial role in 1980.

Keith started his own practice in 1985, specialising in small business, providing tax, accounting and audit services.

In 2010, Keith merged his practice with Price Gibson and joined the Price Gibson team.

Keith has a specialist knowledge of superannuation, corporate law and liquidations.

Keith is an inveterate traveller with a love of history and genealogy.  Other interests include gardening and photography.

Matthew Portelli

Matthew, a qualified Chartered Accountant, joined Price Gibson as a graduate accountant in 2002, and is now one of our Managers. 

Matthew specialises in Taxation and Business Services with experience dealing with a variety of client structures across diverse industries.

Matthew enjoys building strong client relationships and assisting in the growth of his clients’ businesses through tailored advice.

Outside of work Matthew enjoys spending time with his family, which includes three active and entertaining children, and experiencing the highs and lows of being a Carlton supporter.

Eva Wong

Eva is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant with over 22 years of experience in Public Practice.

Eva joined the Price Gibson team in 2008 and specialises in Self-Managed Superannuation.

Mike De Almeida

Mike is a qualified CPA who commenced his career in Taxation and Business Advisory in 2011, and joined the Price Gibson team in 2019 and has moved into a Management role.

Mike enjoys working closely with his clients to form positive relationships, whilst providing accounting and taxation advice. Mike also specialises in Xero with a thorough understanding of the software and ability to use software to assist clients in building better data.

In his spare time, Mike enjoys the café scene and travelling with his partner and friends.

James Stockdale

James joined Price Gibson in 2019.  James commenced his Taxation and Business services career in 2013 and is a qualified  Chartered Accountant. Throughout his career he has worked with many small to medium business from a variety of industries.

James loves dealing with small business clients and understands the importance of taking time to get to know his clients and their needs, in order to drive business growth and success.

Outside of work James enjoys watching AFL and spending time with family and friends.

Jasmine Xie

Jasmine joined Price Gibson in 2018.  Jasmine is a qualified Certified Practising Accountant with over nine years of experience in public practice. 

Jasmine enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Jasmine is currently enjoying maternity leave.

George joined us in September 2023.

Lleyton joined Price Gibson in Janaury 2024 as a graduate accountant.
