The Directors

The Directors of Price Gibson work closely with each other and their time to provide valued service to their clients. Each have their own experience and skills to draw upon and share across the firm, to lead a highly skilled and professional firm.

William Price

William (a.k.a. Bill), commenced his professional career in 1970, and has been a member of the ICAA since 1978. Bill has been a Principal of the firm since 1983, became a Fellow in 1991 and is also an accredited Financial Planning Specialist, Registered Company Auditor and Tax Agent.

With over 50 years experience, Bill has expertise in small to medium businesses, and all areas of taxation, as well as succession planning, business structures, and in particular, specialises in Self Managed Superannuation Funds.

Bill is heavily involved in his local community and in particular has keen involvement in his local football club, and has been awarded an AFL achievement award for services to junior football.

Peter Gibson

Peter Gibson, a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants, has been a Principal of Price Gibson (in its various forms) since 1 July 1987.  Prior to joining Price Gibson in 1985, Peter was employed by Deloitte.

Peter's experience ensures he has a vast and detailed knowledge across all areas of Taxation and Accounting. Peter is regularly involved in business development, appraisal and valuations. Peter provides specialist consulting advice and has particularly good taxation knowledge.

Peter is regularly retained by Solicitors to provide expert opinion on a range of commercial and other matters including business valuations, and in particular Family Law.

Paolo Finamore

Paolo (Paul) has been with Price Gibson since 2001 and became a director in 2010.

Paul firmly believes that his team are his biggest asset, and wants to ensure that Price Gibson is somewhere that clients and team members alike want to be.

Paul enjoys working closely with his clients and in particular finding out what makes them tick. He enjoys focusing on clients' strengths, and assisting in the issues that weigh them down. Paul prefers not only to assess your  accounting and taxation needs, but your needs as a whole and helping set a path to achieve your goals. Paul has a broad range of clients across a number of industries, correlating with his experience and ability to give specific and broad advice.

Being a father of two young boys, Paul is a believer in work life balance and having a good time at every opportunity.
